We are a boutique company for Arabic content services based in UAE.
Due to growing expansion in our business, we are currently looking for talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The work will be done remotely (full-time freelance) from home.
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years managing localization and/or translation projects, along with excellent skills in written and spoken English.
- Project analysis, quotation preparation, budget and project planning, project process planning
- Allocation/search for new resources based on project requirements while optimizing the budget
- Prepare the production documents (where necessary) by converting to translatable format, analyzing word count, etc.
- Plan out, maintain and track the project schedule(s)
- Coordinate with internal and external resources, manage TMs, Terminology sheets as well as Glossaries, and handle production-related issues and/or queries
- Actively communicate with the Client and/or Account Manager: try their best to meet Client’s requirements, timely report project status to the Client and/or Account Manager
- Prepare task statement, communicate with project team members and other stakeholders, and resolve questions from the project team
- Track and control the project costs, adjust the budget and do the financial settlement timely to freelancers payment and invoice client(s)
- Summarize the experiences of project(s) and fill the finished project reports
